Telluscope is building AI for environmental risk intelligence across real estate and infrastructure. Environmental contamination—including groundwater and soil pollution, vapor intrusion, and indoor hazards such as mold, asbestos, and radon—creates billions in regulatory and third-party liability, remediation costs, and health impacts each year. Contamination from historical land uses and nearby properties can create long-term environmental and financial risk as pollutants migrate over time. Regulatory exposure is only increasing as more chemicals like PFAS become subject to stricter environmental standards, while extreme weather is accelerating contaminant mobility and turning historical pollution into a growing source of future exposure.

Telluscope makes environmental exposure risk visible and actionable by transforming complex environmental information into clear insights, enabling investors, insurers, and asset owners to identify and mitigate environmental tail risk across the lifecycle of real-world assets and drive faster remediation and cleanup.
