PeroPure
PeroPure has developed a portable, electrochemical hydrogen peroxide generating water purification device. The simple modular design of this device is ideally suited for deployment in the developing world as a reliable and scalable solution for low-cost, clean energy powered water purification. The low voltage required for its operation enables the usage of solar panels or small-scale batteries and leads to high portability and ease of deployment of the product. Additionally, this technology does not generate any harmful byproducts. Future applications of this product could target residential consumers in developed countries for general-purpose disinfection.
