Euterria
Euterria is the platform for coordinating climate action at the frontlines. As climate impacts accelerate, funding for the organizations working directly with communities continues to shrink. Tight on money, resources, and time, these organizations struggle to keep track of their peers and the bigger picture of climate action. The result is duplicated programs, unnecessary competition on grant proposals, and missing opportunities for partnership and collaboration. This is despite a consensus that partnership is the key to leveraging limited funding—and increasingly required by grantmakers. In California, certain Proposition 4 funding opportunities only accept grant proposals with multiple writers, including community-based organizations and local government agencies.
Euterria is building the digital infrastructure for climate collaboration at the local level. It is a free-to-use website that allows users to search across regions, issue areas, and ongoing opportunities to find the right resources for their needs. By increasing organizational and programmatic visibility, Euterria transforms a fragmented ecosystem of isolated experts into a connected and coordinated network. It empowers users to identify gaps in regional capacity, share complementary expertise, and take action on opportunities for durable, impactful partnerships.
