XFlow Energy is an innovative wind energy startup dedicated to reducing the cost of wind-generated power. We have developed our own flagship 30 kW wind turbine and partner with other small wind turbine companies on their designs. In 2026, XFlow will open a pilot manufacturing facility in Deerfield, MA to produce multiple first-of-a-kind turbines, including our own and others.
Responsibilities
Interns will help develop and refine scalable manufacturing processes for XFlow’s wind turbines and other first-of-a-kind designs.

Required Expertise
Comfortable with hands on work in a machine shop environment
Preferred Skills/Majors
- Experience designing, troubleshooting, and testing electromechanical systems
- Experience with basic metal working tools
- Experience with CNC machines, including CAM
- Experience with welding equipment
- Experience with composites
