ReMatter is a fast-growing start-up creating the modern operating system for the industrial scrap metal recycling industry ($120bn and growing!). Our customers represent the largest metal recyclers around the world tasked with repurposing industrial and consumer scrap into new materials.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern to join us for the summer and help grow our business. This role will have an opportunity to make a real impact on the business and report into one of our leaders on the Go-to-Market team.

This is a remote role, although we have a co working space in Santa Monica if you’d like to work out of there.

Responsibilities

This role will support the broader go-to-market leadership team with core team operations and analytics that help inform critical business decisions. Responsibilities include:

  • Learn ReMatter's revenue tech stack and assist with tool evaluation, integration improvements, and improving workflows across revenue teams
  • Help deploy several new AI systems that will increase ReMatter’s sales team output
  • Analyze full-funnel performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and create actionable dashboards to track key revenue indicators
  • Leverage customer data to refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) characteristics and develop insights that enhance sales targeting
  • Build and maintain prospect prioritization frameworks to help the Sales Development team optimize outreach effectiveness
  • Track product usage patterns across ReMatter's platform to identify expansion opportunities and flag accounts that need attention
  • Design, implement, and measure the impact of revenue optimization experiments to improve conversion rates across the customer journey

Required Expertise

Experience working with Excel, SQL, and a strong interest in data analytics.

Preferred Skills/Majors

Including but not limited to MS&E, Data Science, Econ, or CS.
