HighTide’s flagship platform, Arkly.com, provides free, intuitive flood risk data and solutions for homeowners, while its award-winning methodologies, like the Stanford Urban Risk Framework (SURF), power scalable, state-of-the-art analysis for governments and communities. Join us in creating a future where everyone is equipped to manage and adapt to flooding challenges.
Responsibilities
- Update buyer personas for Arkly, our public-facing product.
- Update the keyword database for Arkly.
- Update competitor and market research.
- Revamp the Facebook social media strategy to improve efficiency and increase brand awareness.
- Produce two original blog posts.
- Secure at least one positive mention of Arkly in a major reputable news outlet.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned within the role.

Required expertise
A student with research and communication skills who knows how to pitch stories and uses GenAI tools adequately. We need someone with the critical thinking skills to identify what isn't currently working and the ability to work in a team to address issues.
