Responsibilities

As a Hydrogen Innovation & Strategy Fellow, you’ll work directly with our founding team, contributing to pivotal projects that will shape the trajectory of H2IVE and the broader hydrogen economy. You will:

  1. Engage with leading stakeholders across industries to uncover insights, validate market needs, and help secure actual commercial agreements like field-testing agreements and LOIs.
  2. Lead the development of H2IVE’s customer and investor CRM system, ensuring streamlined communications and data for strategic decision-making.
  3. Research and apply for high-impact grants and competitions to secure funding and expand H2IVE’s visibility.
  4. Map competitive and policy landscapes, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities to position H2IVE as a market leader.
  5. Support technical and strategic initiatives in the Founders' Office, including in-depth research into hydrogen storage technologies and market trends.

Required expertise

  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Background in hydrogen, energy systems, or climate solutions.
  • Ability to synthesize information and present actionable insights.

Preferred skills/majors

  • Fields of study: Energy Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering Environmental Policy, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with market analysis, grant writing, or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for tackling global challenges.
