Customer Experience Analyst Intern

Responsibilities

The position will be remote-first, so can be based anywhere as long as willing to work with colleagues between Eastern and Pacific time zones in North America. You will be expected to work across Guidewheel’s North America team as well as with talent internationally.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with Guidewheel’s Customer Experience Team to deliver value from Guidewheel’s Factory Ops platform. You will support customers across a range of manufacturing industries throughout North America. You will build relationships with Guidewheel’s Customer Experience team, help them review machine performance in the Guidewheel platform,  and supplement the value from the Guidewheel platform with weekly and monthly custom reporting, and perform additional ad hoc analysis in support of Executive Business Reviews and internal reporting needs.

Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside primarily the CX team, but may also work with the Sales, Support, and Product teams. Guidewheel is a fast-growing company building emerging IoT technology, our reporting requests will cover a variety of needs.

Roles and responsibilities will include combinations of the following:

  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Execute custom weekly and monthly reporting based on customer KPIs, energy consumption, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Customer Snapshots, designed working with the CX team based on industry verticals
  • Idle Analysis Reporting
  • Peak Analysis Reporting
  • Executive Business Reviews
  • Internal reporting to support strategic initiatives

Required expertise

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success roles in a SaaS or software company, with a focus on reporting and data analysis
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and Powerpoint/Google Slides for presenting data
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking is critical
  • Entrepreneurial attitude - wants to be part of a fast growing SaaS company and work directly with customers to deliver great results
  • Gets the big picture, excellent attention to details.
  • Team-oriented, while being proactive and self-directed - needs to be able to craft and drive results across multiple customers, and team members.
  • Customer focused - a great teammate who can manage in a changing environment with a focus on customers as the most important is essential to success in this role.
  • Communication - ability to work asynchronously in a remote team environment
  • Organization - being able to prioritize, take initiative, communicate clearly, and manage many projects and workstreams simultaneously is critical.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

Sales Intern

Responsibilities

The position will be remote-first, so can be based anywhere as long as willing to work with colleagues between Eastern and Pacific time zones in North America. You will be expected to work across Guidewheel’s North America team as well as with talent internationally.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for working with Guidewheel’s Sales Team to deliver value to the team selling Guidewheel’s Factory Ops platform. You will build relationships with Guidewheel’s Sales, CX, and Product team, help them review internal performance metrics and reporting.

Guidewheel is a fast-growing company building emerging IoT technology, our reporting requests will cover a variety of needs.

Roles and responsibilities will include combinations of the following:

  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Sales operations
  • Pipeline programs
  • Salesforce clean-up and tasks
  • Pricing analysis
  • Email outreach content/creation
