Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders and business team to support day-to-day operations and develop long-term business strategies
- Identify potential customer partnerships and grow our sales pipeline
- Support the team in managing customer accounts and projects
- Develop business growth opportunities and take ownership in leading/executing projects
- Brainstorm initiatives/features to improve construction material sustainability and efficiency
- Participate in relevant business and product strategy meetings in-person or remotely
- Be online and available during normal business hours Monday through Friday, including optionally working in-person with the team in SF/Oakland once per week
- Be present and eager to learn throughout the duration of the internship

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have the chance to work closely with the founders to learn about what it takes to build an early-stage, venture-backed startup.
Required Expertise
- Attention to detail, organized, and self-sufficient
- Team oriented personality, bias to action, and excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passionate about the construction/building materials environment and solving real-world problems
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills/Majors
- Preferred applicants have a focus in Business, Finance, Economics, or Construction/Engineering (prior experience with construction not necessary, but helpful)
