Arch is an autonomous AI revenue engine that helps home service contractors accelerate the adoption of energy efficient home upgrades, starting with heat pumps. We work with residential HVAC contractors across the United States to identify homes that are strong candidates for electrification, predict who is most likely to convert, and automatically launch targeted outreach. By making it easier and more profitable for contractors to sell heat pumps instead of like-for-like fossil replacements, Arch aims to reduce household energy costs and carbon emissions at scale while fitting into contractors' existing tools such as ServiceTitan and other CRMs.
Backed by Coatue, Floodgate, Gigascale (Mike Schroepfer, former CTO of Meta), ReGen Ventures, and others.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founding team to keep our go-to-market engine running, including maintaining clean data in our CRM and updating pipeline and account records.
- Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns: build and refine prospect lists, help design email and direct mail campaigns, and prepare materials for meetings and conferences.
- Analyze campaign and sales performance data to answer practical questions such as which messages work best, which markets respond most strongly, and where heat pump opportunities are highest.
- Help streamline internal operations: document repeatable processes, improve simple workflows, and coordinate across product, sales, and marketing so that experiments actually ship.
Who should apply
High-horsepower individuals who love getting things done. Future founders and future consultants. This role is for students who plan to start a company, join a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or take on high-ownership roles immediately after graduation. You'll work directly with the founders on real problems with real stakes. No hand-holding, no busy work. If you want to see exactly how an early-stage startup operates and test whether you have the stamina to build one yourself, this is that internship.
Required expertise
- Rising junior or rising senior with prior work experience in demanding environments (preferred: McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Goldman Sachs, Growth Startups)
- Relentless follow-through: you finish what you start, every time
- Exceptional written communication: clear, concise, no fluff
- Comfort with ambiguity: you figure things out without a playbook
- High processing speed: you learn new tools and contexts fast
Preferred skills/Majors
- Any major - we hire for horsepower, not pedigree
- Interest in climate tech, B2B software, or entrepreneurship
