Responsibilities

The Strategy and Operations Intern will work closely with the Chief of Staff and CEO on high priority projects. This person will prioritize, scope, and execute initiatives across the company. Roles and responsibilities will be flexible (this is very much an entrepreneurial role) and will include combinations of the following:

  • Assist with managing a successful operating cadence across the company’s functions Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Operations.
  • Dive into our Operations function to identify opportunities for improvement by conducting analyses and researching best practices. Then scope and execute projects to improve.
  • Manage metrics and KPIs for key internal meetings like quarterly business reviews.
  • Lead and manage Special Projects. These will include a wide range of projects depending on your experience and interest, and the company’s changing needs. For example, diving into market research to inform marketing, creating a playbook for a fundraise, or executing company-wide culture initiatives.

The Location: anywhere! Guidewheel is a distributed team across 5 countries - our expectation is to remain 100% remote-first for the foreseeable future. For this role, you’ll be working with a team on North American time zones.
